He is the king among the German honeys: the noble fir honey. It is also harvested in the Black Forest, but only in very limited locations. Coagulation is very difficult and sometimes happens only every 5 years. That makes him a very tight and expensive good. The sensor is very characteristic: it has a strong aroma, malty and spicy with a slightly resinous undertone of the fir. The color palette ranges from reddish brown over dark brown and black, often with a slightly green shimmer. Its consistency is thick. Enjoy this honey specialty from the Black Forest!
