World novelty from the Black Forest -Black Forest Wild Rum. Our aim is to burn "the finest". We only use the best raw materials and take the time to individually accompany our rum during production. The fermentation is spontaneous, so we do not add any yeast to the diluted molasses. This spontaneous fermentation makes the rum very fruity and at the same time complex.
We work in total with 6 different barrels, the two barrels crucial for the aroma are:
New American white oak barrels => vanilla, caramel
Orange wine keg => We produce an orange wine as part of our herbal liqueur. This orange wine matures in oak barrels. When the orange wine is ready we empty the barrique and put in our rum.
The orange wine barrel gives off a great aroma: citrus, orange peel and also fresh greenish aromas The rum has a subtle residual sweetness. The sweetness in our rum comes about through the use of not completely empty sherry and port wine barrels. Our aim is to burn "the finest". We only use the best raw materials and take the time to individually accompany our rum during production. The rum is spontaneously fermented, matured in 5 different wooden barrels and blinded by 3 Edelbrandsommeliers. Enjoy the new sensation from the Black Forest.
